Operations Audit Manager
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Review or audit of the site's and other operations departments' processes
- Closing or recovery of non-moving DP
- Operations Fund Management, Monitoring, and Reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of other operations departments for the ISO audit.
- Financial Analyst of Contractors Overall Account
Qualifications:
- The candidate must be a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and hold a CPA.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an audit manager.
- Audit Planning and Strategy
- Risk Assessment and Control Procedures.
- Expertise in both audit and accounting/financial matters.
- Background and familiarity with the real estate development process.
