Great achievers “see” their dreams long before they turn into reality.

Artists visualize their ideas before bringing their masterpieces to fruition. Engineers and architects take careful notes from their blueprints about how to best bring their visions to life. Even the greatest athletes swear by this proven habit, picturing themselves celebrating a championship and willing themselves to work day in, day out.

Indeed, this habit—one that spells the difference for millennial Filipinos today—is born out of one’s aspirations to succeed.

This same virtue has guided property giant Megaworld to create thriving townships that inspire today’s generation of achievers to chase after success and celebrate it as a community. Now, the company is highlighting this thrust even more as it introduces its newest township development in Metro Manila: Arcovia City.

A balance between success and sustainability

Set against the bustling landscape of C-5 in Pasig City, the 12.4-hectare Arcovia City is poised to rise as a haven for passionate individuals and young professionals alike. Designed with Megaworld’s pioneering live-work-play concept in mind, Arcovia City will offer residential condominiums perfect for growing families, a retail hub, and state-of-the-art office towers.

“Our vision for this new township is to inspire the young generation to persevere and work harder to attain their own successes and victories in life. There is a deeper story embedded into this development, and we will tell that story through the installations and attractions around the township,” explains Kevin L. Tan, senior vice president, Megaworld.

The company is now simultaneously constructing its first office tower—the 17-storey One Paseo that offers 23,000 square meters of leasable office spaces— as well as a lifestyle mall that has its own walk parks, viewing deck, and leisure facilities.

The township’s centerpiece, meanwhile, is the Arco de Emperador, a 62-feet high arch monument inspired by the Arco de la Victoria of Madrid.

Designed by Spanish sculptor Gines Serran Pagan, the monument has bronze statues of three horses, two lions, two trumpeting angels and the Emperor on a chariot, which dramatically symbolizes power, strength, passion, and self-made success. The ground level of the monument will house a museum, which will become another major attraction of the township.

“Arcovia City is all about selfmade success and is designed to inspire people to embrace their ‘turn to be great.’ We envisioned Arcovia City to rise as a township that offers opportunities to cultivate passions with features that encourage communities to celebrate their milestones,” adds Tan.

The entire township will be dotted by over 1,000 trees—iconic symbols of strength, pride, and power—highlighting Megaworld’s commitment to reducing the carbon footprint of its integrated developments. This greening feature will help provide an outdoor thermal comfort for the future residents, workers, tenants, and visitors of the township.

A home for today’s young achievers

18 Avenue de Triomphe

Arcovia City’s first residential development is the 37-storey 18 Avenue de Triomphe, which will have 576 residential units ranging from studio (up to 32.5 square meters); one-bedroom (up to 63 square meters); twobedroom (up to 110.5 square meters); and three-bedroom (up to 154 square meters). All units will have their own balconies overlooking Eastwood, Ortigas, and Fort Bonifacio cityscapes as well as the Antipolo mountains.

Packed with amenities, the 18 Avenue de Triomphe features its own swimming pool, children’s playground, outdoor fitness park, game and entertainment room, fitness center, event hall, outdoor lounge, and a viewing deck, overlooking the various attractions of the township including the iconic Arco de Emperador.

The 18 Avenue de Triomphe will be completed in 2023.
