Property giant Megaworld breaks ground for Belmont Hotel Iloilo inside the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park in Mandurriao, Iloilo City. The fourth hotel under the company’s homegrown Belmont brand will add 405 hotel rooms to Iloilo City and will be located near Festive Walk Parade, just a walking distance from the Iloilo Convention Center. It is also the third hotel property inside Iloilo Business Park. Leading the groundbreaking ceremony were: Rey Orio, estate manager, Iloilo Business Park (extreme left); Engr.
