Sales Development Officer


  • Initiates innovative strategies in training and development programs.
  • Design effective training needs analysis for clients such as interviews, focus group discussions, and observations.
  • Identifies training needs and training gaps in sales within the organization in close cooperation with the sales managers and directors.
  • Maintains and manages Makati Marketing events (in-house & outsourced trainings, teambuilding, etc.)
  • Assess and generates reports on after events and training programs (post-mortem report)
  • Assists in creating, designing and implementing customized learning and development programs for the sales team.
