Client Care Relations Supervisor

Description:

  • Resolves buyer concerns depending on project assignment
  • Prepares and sends reply to the letters sent by clients via email or received through personal mail or courier services
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Open for newly graduates and or with 1 year experience in related field is required
  • Preferable 1-2 years experienced employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Open for newly graduates with good communication skills
  • With collection and customer service background is a plus
