In a number of its residential and office projects, Megaworld integrates commercial space which allows the residents or tenants to enjoy next-door shopping, dining and leisure conveniences. In some projects such as Eastwood City, Laguna BelAir, Marina Square and California Garden Square, a commercial center is a part of the master plan. In other projects such as Olympic Heights, Petron MegaPlaza and Kingswood Makati, commercial space is made available usually at the ground level. Car parking convenience is normally available to guests.


Tucked inside the residential enclave of California Garden Square is a shopping destination reminiscent of California's Rodeo Drive. Gilmore Arcade is a shopping gallery located within the exclusive residences and landscaped gardens of Gilmore Heights. It consists of three levels of retail stores with a well-planned layout and spacious aisles to allow for leisurely shopping.
